Our Commitment to Quality
At My Health Hub, we take provider verification seriously. Our goal is to ensure that every professional in our directory meets appropriate standards and maintains valid credentials.
The Verification Process
Step 1: Initial Submission
When a provider is added to our directory, we collect their full name, credentials, license numbers, practice information, and contact details.
Step 2: License Verification
We verify professional licenses through the North Carolina Psychology Board, Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Social Work Certification and Licensure Board, and other relevant licensing boards.
Step 3: Identity Confirmation
For claimed listings, we require proof of professional standing such as a website, directory listing, or license verification page, along with a verified email address associated with the practice.
Step 4: Information Review
We review all submitted information for accuracy, completeness, professional presentation, and compliance with our guidelines.
What We Verify
- Valid professional license in North Carolina
- License is active and in good standing
- No current disciplinary actions
- Professional identity matches license records
Ongoing Monitoring
We periodically re-verify licenses, check for disciplinary actions, update practice information, and review user feedback. Verified providers are expected to keep information current, notify us of changes, maintain valid licenses, and respond to client inquiries professionally.

Reporting Concerns
If you believe a listing contains inaccurate information or have concerns about a provider, please contact us. We investigate all reports promptly.
Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, license status can change between verification periods. We rely on providers for some information updates. Users should always verify current credentials independently.
